py-[0.2rem]\">This article highlights the main innovations and their potential impacts.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"379\"><strong data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"379\">Increased Requirements for German Language Skills and Integration<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"500\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">Therefore, it might be advisable to submit an application before the new regulations come into effect to still benefit from the current B1 longer pose an obstacle.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">This is particularly beneficial for professional groups such as taxi drivers or parcel deliverers.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1405\"><strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1405\">Facilitation for Skilled Workers in Shortage Occupations<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p regulation.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1743\"><strong data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1743\">Bureaucratization and Digitization<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1870\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">The government program promises a simplification of citizenship procedures, especially concerning the proof of residence duration and income.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">Additionally, a digital application tracking system is to be introduced to provide applicants with better transparency about the status of their procedure.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1910\"><strong data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1910\">Conclusion and Need for Action<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"2037\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">The planned changes in citizenship law bring both tightenings and facilitations.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem]\">While stricter language requirements could exclude many applicants, the relaxations regarding administrative penalties and the facilitations for shortage occupations offer opportunities.<\/span>\u200b<br \/>\n<span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem]
